Shopify

Add the script in theme.liquid before </body>.

Install on Shopify

  1. Copy the embed code from your owni.chat project Installation page.
  2. In Shopify admin open Online Store → Themes → … → Edit code.
  3. Open layout/theme.liquid.
  4. Paste the script immediately before </body>:

  1. Save the file.
  2. Visit your storefront, confirm the chat bubble appears, then click Check installation in the dashboard.

Notes

  • Works with Online Store 2.0 themes that use theme.liquid.
  • If you use a headless storefront, add the same script to your custom frontend layout instead.
