How it works

Build conversations the same way you'd sketch a flowchart. Drag message nodes, button-choice branches, lead-capture forms, and human-handoff steps onto a canvas and connect them — no code, no deploy, changes go live the moment you save.

Flows start themselves based on triggers you set: when the widget opens, once a visitor scrolls past a threshold, on a specific page URL, from a quick-start button in the widget, or when a visitor types a keyword or matches a regex pattern. That means the right flow can greet a pricing-page visitor differently than someone reading a blog post.

Capturing leads inline

Name, email, and phone fields are collected directly inside the chat window — visitors never leave the conversation or get redirected to a separate form, which keeps completion rates high.

Why it matters

Every flow reports its own funnel: how many people saw it, clicked into it, submitted a form, and completed it end to end. That turns "we have a chatbot" into a measurable acquisition channel you can iterate on, the same way you'd optimize a landing page.
