Install on WooCommerce

The owni.chat WordPress plugin turns on its WooCommerce features automatically when WooCommerce is active.

1. Plugins → Add New, search for owni.chat, install and activate.
2. Open owni.chat in the admin menu and paste your API key (Settings → API keys in the owni.chat dashboard). Save.
3. Open the WooCommerce tab and click Sync entire catalog now.

From then on, products sync as you edit them: prices, sale prices, stock, categories, brands, attributes, images and variations. Unpublishing a product removes it from chat.

Order status

To let the assistant answer "where is my order":

1. On the WooCommerce tab click Generate read-only credentials.
2. Copy the store URL, consumer key and consumer secret (the secret is shown once).
3. Paste them into Integrations → WooCommerce in the owni.chat dashboard.

Buying from a product card

The WooCommerce tab shows a ready-made snippet. Paste it into Widget settings → Add to cart JS so visitors can add a recommended product straight to the cart.

Already connected WooCommerce in the dashboard?

Disconnect it. The dashboard integration pulls your catalog on a schedule while the plugin pushes it on change — running both creates duplicate products.
